HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED? We recommend from three to six sessions to explore your past lives. This is why: While some people come to us for past-life regression out of simple curiosity, the majority of our clients who desire past-life regression therapy have mystifying issues or patterns which defy understanding, and which they are ready to release. Very often they find that they've had more than one past life contributing to such a pattern, whether it is an unreasonable fear, a stubborn and inexplicable behavior, or attracting the same kinds of people and/or situations over and over again. Often it takes several sessions to uncover all the roots of a problem. Those of our clients who discover that they have been victims in the past usually find that at some stage they were also perpetrators. Such past-life remembrances become a blessing. It is only by recognizing karmic justice and taking responsibility for all of our past actions and decisions that we can begin to understand and heal. But such revelations usually take time and trust before they emerge. Often the material that comes up at a first session is very rudimentary and even harmless. It is as if the subconscious is "testing the waters" before revealing its deepest contents.

WHAT WILL MY SESSION BE LIKE? You will find that your past-life regression is going to be a little different from traditional hypnosis: Your first appointment will generally take longer. It is not unusual to spend two hours with someone new to past-life regression. We always offer ample time for you to recall your past lives; Your sessions will be an "interactive" experience. Rather than passively receiving hypnotic suggestions, you will share out loud about the events you are re-experiencing. The amount of information you receive will vary. We have found that the quantity of material does not have signficant bearing on the results. A snippet of a scene, like a dream fragment, can prove as rich in meaning as a complex memory filled with detail. How you receive your past-life information will also vary. Some people are highly visual and it is as if a panorama of their past life unfolds like a movie before their eyes. For others it is more natural to remember events through their feelings...or to hear sounds and conversations...or taste/smell...or simply to "know" with a sixth sense.

WILL I FIND OUT THAT I WAS SOMEONE FAMOUS? It is unlikely. Most of us discover that overall we had very simple lives. It is not uncommon for people to remember being peasants, members of tribes, servants, farmers, etc. Sometimes these lives were colorful and eventful, but more often people find there were only one or two significant events or decisions which contributed to the present-day patterns.

WHAT IF I CAN'T REMEMBER ANYTHING? You will be carefully guided every step of the way. We are skilled and experienced in taking people on this remarkable journey into their deep past. If you cooperate with our gentle instructions, it is almost certain that you will remember. Like a muscle working better after exercise, however, each time you are regressed, it becomes easier and easier. This is one reason we recommend multiple sessions.
