MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I NEED?
We
are in the wonderful business of helping people to improve, heal and
upgrade! We are also serious about our commitment to achieving
results in as few sessions as possible.
Hypnosis
is not a magical cure-all, however. Nothing is! Repeated sessions
are recommended for long-lasting change, since most habits took a
period of time to form.
Even
in todays quick-fix society, it would be absurd to go to a
traditional therapist expecting to be cured in just one
session. Although hypnosis works much faster, for the most effective
results, several sessions are encouraged.
The
good news is that you will be seeing your hypnotherapist on a very
short-term basis. Hypnosis achieves such speedy results because it
bypasses the conscious mind and goes right to the subconscious where
habits and patterns are stored.
