Appointments may be made directly with Ms. Raines, or with other expert hypnotherapists who have been trained by her. Each appointment will be a private one-on-one session individually tailored just for you. Should you have an issue which we believe can be better handled by another hypnotherapist, we will refer you. All sessions are confidential.

As Ms. Raines is limiting her private sessions, due to a busy traveling and teaching schedule, many clients now find it easiest to schedule telephone hypnosis sessions.

HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I NEED?

We are in the wonderful business of helping people to improve, heal and upgrade! We are also serious about our commitment to achieving results in as few sessions as possible.

Hypnosis is not a magical cure-all, however. Nothing is! Repeated sessions are recommended for long-lasting change, since most habits took a period of time to form.

Even in today’s quick-fix society, it would be absurd to go to a traditional therapist expecting to be “cured” in just one session. Although hypnosis works much faster, for the most effective results, several sessions are encouraged.

The good news is that you will be seeing your hypnotherapist on a very short-term basis. Hypnosis achieves such speedy results because it bypasses the conscious mind and goes right to the subconscious where habits and patterns are stored.
